A sophisticated and therapeutic hatha yoga system based on Universal Principles of Alignment, Anusara is guided by an inspiring and uplifting Tantric philosophy. It's one of the most popular and fastest growing yoga styles in the world with its empowering philosophy that emphasize the goodness and beauty in all people and all things in this world.
100-HOUR IMMERSION PROGRAM
Anusara Yoga has organized and inspired a deeper level of study of the art and science of yoga through the Immersion Curriculum. The Immersion is an invitation to both committed students, aspiring teachers and for those who already teach yoga to explore their practice in a supportive, playful, and welcoming community.
