Earthdance has an awesome wood-heated sauna and a quarry right on the property so come prepared both to sweat and jump in the water.

Note that Earthdance is not the organizer of the workshop (they are the host) and that registration goes through YogaShantaya. For practical details you may contact Earthdance directly. Also, Earthdance is a great place for children and it is possible to bring your family with you. Visit www.earthdance.net to find out more about the retreat and directions on how to get there. THE LAST LEG: Northampton to Earthdance
Congratulations! You've made it to Northampton, MA, a welcoming New England town. Now you need to get 25 miles West on Route 9 to Plainfield.  Just up the road from the bus station, a wonderful place to take a break is Fire & Water Cafe at 5 Old South Street. There are several options for getting from Northampton to Earthdance:

Personal Pick-Up: Earthdance has no formal means for assisting in this final leg.  For large events we try to arrange for a scheduled pick-up. PLEASE CALL AHEAD IF YOU WANT OUR ASSISTANCE IN GETTING FROM NORTHAMPTON TO EARTHDANCE!

It will cost  $25.00 for one person and $5.00-10.00 (sliding scale) for each additional person.
We will pick you up from Fire & Water Cafe noted above.  We also suggest you call us from the airport when you know which bus/transport you are on and again when you are at the cafe (which has a pay phone) so we know you are there.

There is a reasonable car rental place in Northampton called Enterprise Rental Car 413-586-5177.  For a standard car, three day weekend (Fri-Mon) they charge $90.  However, they often have special deals on particular weekends, so it is often worth a call to find out.

Paradise Cab: 584-0055; around $35.00; open until 11 p.m.
