THAI YOGA PRACTITiONER CERTIFICATION

The innovative style of therapeutic hands-on techniques known as Thai Yoga Bodywork draws from three main established traditions. The result of combing these three rivers of knowledge is an extraordinarily effective healing modality.
In 1998 Jonas Westring created a Thai Yoga Training Program which he began teaching it at established venues in the USA, such as Kripalu Center and the Omega Institute. He has continued to teach and develop this program ever since.
THE THREE TRADITIONS
- Rooted in Buddhism, the Thai massage tradition offers an amazing array of several hundreds highly effective therapeutic hands-on techniques.
- The art and science of the ancient wisdom tradition Yoga turns Thai Yoga treatment sesssions into a form of transformational applied yoga therapy.
- Physiotherapy and its scientific understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, biomechanics, and clinical applications makes Thai Yoga understandable and safe.
